General Description:

AmeriCorps Kentucky College Coaches program offers a variety of service opportunities, from the classroom to the outdoors, and everything in between. No matter what you're passionate about, where you're from, or why you choose to serve, AmeriCorps is your chance to Be the Greater Good. 

Our focus is on first-generation, college-bound students. Kentucky College Coaches serve as mentors to help them understand the college process, offering SAT prep, study tips, and career guidance. In partnership with KHEAA and EngageKY, the Kentucky College Coaches Program supports approximately 40 schools in Kentucky.
