Edmonson County High School has three students named as Governor’s Scholars for Summer 2016: LR-Olivia Forester, Kolbie Vincent, and Presley Kendall. Congratulations ladies on this huge honor! The Governor’s Scholars program is a summer program for outstanding high school students across the state. Participants must complete an application and the competition is tough because statewide students are vying for the opportunity to be chosen. A committee at the state level makes the final decisions based on academic, extracurricular, assessment scores, and community service. If you see any of these students, please wish them congratulations!
